Brisket Roast

Beef brisket is a cut from the breast section of the animal. Our briskets are cut in smaller flat cuts, (avg. 3-5 lbs.) and have marbling throughout. It is best when braised (simmered in a small amount of liquid), either in the oven, slow cooker or smoker.
