We have limited availability, however, whole beef bundles are available for reserve. There is a $750 deposit per half to reserve beef. Once a deposit is received, we schedule a date with our local processor. We also have pre-scheduled dates and have a faster turnaround time (6-8 weeks) from date reserved.
